With regard to the performance evaluation of a significant impact on the behavior and motivation ofemployees in any organization, and have flourishing Since the main purpose of providing and evaluationof the performance of the this Research test amount the impact The system Performance evaluation on theproductivity of human resources is the evaluation of performance with respect to both the fairness andindividual awareness of your performance review takes place, in this study sought to evaluate theperformance of employees Insurance Corp in the sample studied, which includes ۱۰ employees of thecompany were discussed, according to a study conducted in two phases with the first phase to identifyparameters through a literature review, the weighting of the AHP to the weighting of each criterionpayments were, in the second phase using techniques and combining these techniques and analyticalhierarchy process my VIKOR Insurance Corp fever to evaluate the performance of staff engaged inourselves. This led to the identification of the best and the weakest performance among the employees.Which according to the most important criteria identified in the hierarchical analysis process were Fromavailable resources, communication, and appropriate behavior with colleagues, creativity and innovation,the highest performance of the staff was assessed using the WinCC technique, which was to be found inthe ۴th, ۷th and ۲nd staff respectively.
