چکیده مقاله:

There is no single cause of undesirable vibration according in rotating machinery. Poor operation conditions like loose mechanical parts, faulty impellers, faulty bearings, faulty gears, unbalanced machine elements, whirling, misalignment and unbalanced shaft intensity vibration in rotating machine. Mostly vibration have a good signs from machine’s health In. this paper rotational vibration due to G۱۱ generator of KONARAK power plant was single out as a cause of vibration and its nature, causes, effects and remedies explored an explained. The eccentricity of the rotor inside the stator leads to the intensification of asymmetric forces in the generator rotor and its pedestal. These vibrations increase the amount of vibrations to the alarm range within a maximum period of ۳ months. After aligning the rotor inside the generator, the condition of the rotor was monitored for a period of ۳ months and at this time it did not exceed ۰.۲۵in/s. For this turbine, the allowable range of vibration alarm is ۰.۵in/s and the allowable range of vibration trip is ۰.۹in/s. Put validation between SHENK set-up data and manual data out. Different between both results showed a good and acceptable agreement. vibration reduces from ۰.۵in/s to ۰.۲۵in/s and it’s a good and acceptable value for this type of machine
