چکیده مقاله:

The COVID-۱۹ Pandemic has undoubtedly altered conventional means of academic evaluation and assessment. This shift has caused numerous challenges for both students and educators. The efficiency and reliability of traditional examination systems have been seriously challenged in this new environment. In the presented work, potentially undesirable situations that occurred in the online exam process are identified. Then, the severity of the effects, the probability of occurrence, and the possibility of detecting each one are investigated using surveys from professors, teaching assistants and students, as process clients. In the next stage, the risk of unwanted situations is predicted using FMEA, a common engineering method for analyzing potential failure modes and risks in engineering products or processes. The k-means technique is used as an unsupervised intelligent clustering method to reduce the effects of inaccurate number assignment of the occurrence probability of different cases, which can create contradictory conditions. In the last section, QFD, an engineering method in product design to provide maximum customer satisfaction, is employed to maximize the integrity of online academic exams. Eventually, a ranked and list of weighted preventive and corrective actions are arranged and presented
