چکیده
Considering the vast applications of electrospun nanofibers in drug delivery, biocompatible scaffolds, biosensors, bioengineering and wound dressings, having efficient methods and tools to determine the nanofiber’s characteristics seems vital and necessary. One of these tools that have gained significant importance during recent years is image processing. With the aid of this method, researchers can derive a lot of useful information from the images of nanofibers, including mean fiber diameter and orientation of the fibers, that plays an important role in their physical and biological properties such as mechanical strength and cell growth. In this study, nanofibers were first constructed from Polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) using electrospinning method. Also, graphene oxide (GO) was added to one sample and the plot of diameter distribution was drawn from the image analysis data to assess its influence.کلیدواژه ها
