چکیده مقاله:

In this study, maltose was utilized as a new procedure in preparing the graphene quantum dots (GQDs) for the first time to the photocatalytic application of imipramine under UVA light irradiation. The prepared GQDs were characterized by different technics such as XRD, FT-IR, FESEM, SEM/EDX, TEM, XPS and nitrogen adsorption/desorption. The D/G ratio of raman spectrum was about ۰.۴۶ which displayed GQDs under hydrothermal methods. The XPS pattern revealed C-C and C=C (graphitic groups), C-OH (hydroxyl and carboxylic groups), C-O-C, and C=O (carbonyl) bonds which are corresponding to sp۲ and sp۳ carbon which verified FTIR result. FESEM and TEM images exposed spherical morphology almost ۳-۸ nm diameter. Therefore, results indicates the GQDS photocatalyst was successfully synthesized. The behavior of GQD nanoparticle as photocatalyst was studied under different condition including photocatalyst dosage of ۰.۱ gl-۱, pH of ۲ and irradiation time of ۸۰ min for imipramine degradation.
