چکیده مقاله:

Small distributed generation units (DGs) alone are not efficient enough to supply electricity to the energy market. In such cases, the integration of some of these units can be used more appropriately. Virtual Power Plant (VPP) is a decentralized energy management system whose job is to aggregate the capacity of some distributed generation (DG) resources and dispatchable loads to trade energy or provide system support services, and this can maximize its performance. The power system will participate in the electricity market as an independent unit. In fact, it consists of combining distributed generation technologies with different costs of a virtual power plant. The pricing strategy of a virtual power plant plays an important role in maximizing its profits. In this research, a structure for participation and price offer of virtual power plant in the market is proposed. In the proposed model, the network structure, security constraints of the virtual power plant, and the limitations of the distributed energy resources that make up the virtual power plant are also considered. With the help of the proposed approach, it is possible to determine the amount of energy purchased or sold in the market, the arrangement of distributed energy sources for the next day market. The problem will be simulated with the help of appropriate software and the modes will be studied. Finally, the results are discussed. To solve the problem, a new intelligent algorithm called the Black Hole Based Optimization Algorithm (BHBO) is used.
