چکیده
The amount of energy consumption is growing around the world and this is the highest in urban areas. Considering the growing trend of global urban population, the energy that is consumed in the cities is increasing. Climate change and various kinds of threats are affecting the energy loss. This has led to an increasing importance of the term resilience among researchers and policy makers. Following the term resilience is defined and then energy resilience as another growing concept is reviewed the importance of existence of a framework which can be considered in managerial plans and decisions for promoting energy resilience in urban areas is emphasizedکلیدواژه ها

COI مخفف عبارت CIVILICA Object Identifier به معنی شناسه سیویلیکا برای اسناد است. COI کدی است که مطابق محل انتشار، به مقالات کنفرانسها و ژورنالهای داخل کشور به هنگام نمایه سازی بر روی پایگاه استنادی سیویلیکا اختصاص می یابد.
کد COI به مفهوم کد ملی اسناد نمایه شده در سیویلیکا است و کدی یکتا و ثابت است و به همین دلیل همواره قابلیت استناد و پیگیری دارد.
