The Impact of Mental Health on Nursing Students' Stress Management: A Systematic Review

Introduction: The concept of mental health includes the feeling of being well, self-reliance, competitive capacity and so on. Considering that the mental health of nursing students and people working in the nursing profession is important as a population with high stress levels,so the present study was conducted with the aim of the effect of mental health on stress management of nursing students.Methods: This search is in the databases of SID, Iran, Magi ran, Sciences Direct, Google Scholar Scopus, PubMed and with the keywords "mental health", "stress management", "nursing students", "mental health" "Stress management", "Nursing student" were used without time limit. The full text of the articles was reviewed by two researchers and out of ۵۰ articles, ۳۳ articles were selected based on quality and used in the present study.Results: According to the stressful studies of nursing students, including clinical experience and fear of error and evaluation by professors and theoretical program and long hours of study.Its effects on students include psychological anxiety, social anxiety and negative impact on academic status.A significant amount of psychological illnesses among nursing students, including stress, interpersonal problems and mental disorders have been reported.They specialize in treatment and need to be better evaluated in order to be more effective after graduation.Conclusion: Psychiatric vulnerability of nursing students to anxiety and stress caused by professional challenges is one of the problems that must be addressed.Therefore, more comprehensive research on psychological disorders in this population is recommended.
