چکیده مقاله:

Introduction : stress, anxiety and excitement are common experiences for most people which they front everyday . In line with conducted research, up to ۷۰% of adults feel a considerable amount of stress or anxiety daily even though Covid-۱۹ disease and quarantine have caused rise in stress or anxiety and developing social isolation . recent results have demonstrated that mineral densitometry in patients afflicated with anxiety or depression is less than others the goal of the conducted study was to investigate the relation of stress and isolation of people in quarantine and appearance of osteoporosis danger Materials and methods : this study is retrospective and is provided by surfing in databases Scopus , Pubmed , Google scholar with keyboards stress, osteoporosis, bone density. Published articles were searched from ۲۰۱۹_۲۰۲۱ . the Number of obtained articles in this way was up to ۳۰ that after studying and investigating , ۲۱ articles was chosen and explored.Findings : biochemical analysis of conducted estimation has shown that long isolation increase the norepinephrine density in blood and decrease osteoporosis markers in serum . Such changes were consistent with perception of rising anxiety and falling osteogenesis and researchers discovered a circuit in nerve center which as a mediator directed bone loss due to chronic stress from forebrain part to hypothalamus via sympathetic nervous system and caused osteoporosis as the result .Conclusion : researchers discovered that isolation rise anxiety to a remarkable degree and cause losing bone density . Afterwards , it's probable that quarantine in current situation dispose people to further osteoporosis due to passive and isolating circumstances for people and rising depression which leaded to low age of the disease onset.
