Today, flexibility has become one of the most significant issues in management theories and policies and the most advanced cases. The discussion regarding flexibility models concentrates on management policies so that these models are one of the most significant ones. This study aims to examine this question whether the flexibility of human resources (human resources) facilitates the development of organizational dominance or not and whether it has a positive influence on organizational performance or not. The present method has been tested applying research hypotheses with partial least squares and data received from ۱۰۰ hotels in Tehran, Iran, and the results also confirm that organizational dominance has a mediating effect on the relationship between human resource flexibility and performance. Nevertheless, it was not possible to investigate the direct influence of flexibility on performance. This may be because labor flexibility has a progressive influence on the development of organizational dominance. This study's results can be instrumental in developing the knowledge we have concerning the influence of labor flexibility on performance. Indeed, existing studies in the field of human resource flexibility have focused on analyzing the role that flexibility plays as a mediator between high-performance labor systems and performance. Additionally, this study attempts to examine the effect of Human Resource flexibility on exploration and profitability simultaneously. Consequently, this study highlights the strategic role of human resources within the organization to the degree that its flexibility provides the development of highly relevant organizational capabilities such as dominance.
