Investigating of Sabatier Reaction Parameters

Producing CH۴ from Sabatier reaction can be helpful to produce energy instead of extraction fuelfrom natural gas. There are some important parameters that must be ascertained such as temperatureand pressure. Another factor is the types of catalyst that are used in this process, since with changingat type of catalyst the kinetics equation will be altered. To resist against sintering phenomenon in thecatalyst it’s better to increase pressure rather than temperature. The efficiency of this process is stronglyrelated to CO۲ conversion and this parameter pertains to process conditions which investigated in thisarticle.
