خلاصه مقاله:
Infectious bursal disease (IBD) is an extremely contagious and immunosuppressive disease of poultry. Forprevention and reduction of economic losses, one of the best intervention approaches for immunosuppressive diseases is increasing immune responses by use of more effective vaccines. The purpose of this study was to evaluate immunogenicity cell culture in chick embryo fibroblast (CEF) cells and embryonated eggs’ culture based vaccines against infectious bursal disease. Two inactivated oil vaccines according to cell culture (group ۱) and SPF egg embryonic culture (group ۲) vaccine are produced. Immunogenicity of vaccines was examined in SPF ۲۱ day’s old chicken by ELISA assay. Results of study revealed that, the antibody titers in group ۱ were significantly higher than group ۲ at the first month after vaccination. It seems that the vaccines derived from cell culture are more capable of initiating antibody titers and the use of cell culture vaccines could produce stronger immunity in the first weeks of bird’s life when they are more sensitive to IBD.
