Facilitating nursing processes by information technology during COVID-۱۹: A systematic review

Objective: In late ۲۰۱۹, with the outbreak of Covid ۱۹, China began the first level of public health and emergency response. "Internet plus nursing services" is registered for the use of nurses in medical centers based on information technology "online program, offline services", which refers to the provision of nursing services for home patients or patients after discharge. The purpose of this article is to classify and identify information technology that facilitates nursing processes.Methods: This research is an applied study that was conducted in ۱۳۹۹ by systematic review method. Using the keywords of information technology, nurses, nursing process, corona virus and COVID-۱۹were performed in various databases such as PubMed, ScienceDirect and Google scholar in the last two years from early ۲۰۱۹ to the end of ۲۰۲۰ (۲۰۲۰-۲۰۱۹).Results: In this study, ۲۱۱ English articles were found which were included in the study after reviewing ۹ articles. The most satisfactory platform from the users' point of view (۹۱%) The IT platform for "Internet plus nursing services" is a Wechat mini program that was developed and used in early ۲۰۱۹.Conclusion: Prior to the COVID-۱۹ epidemic, "Internet plus nursing services" was performed using online appointments and offline home visits to provide nursing services to patients.
