Nanostructured lipid carriers based hydrogel

Nanostructured lipid carriers are lipid-based systems that face the problem of instability. So, the use of polymer along with lipid can increase their resistance to degradation. This article provides a brief review about NLCs, hydrogels, the properties of hydrogels, applications of hydrogels in the food packaging industry, and NLC incorporated hydrogels.
