چکیده مقاله:

سابقه و هدف: دیابت، یک بیماری مزمن و متضمن خطر بالای ناتوانی و مرگ است. به‌خصوص هنگامی‌که سبک زندگی فرد مناسب نبوده، پیروی از درمان پزشکی کم یا نامنظم شود و او پایبند به انجام رفتارهای خودمراقبتی نباشد. بنابراین هدف این مطالعه، بررسی تأثیر درمان ACT بر خودکارآمدی و HbA1C بیماران مبتلا به دیابت نوع دو بود. مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه به‌صورت کارآزمایی بالینی می‌باشد. با روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس، تعداد 60 نفر از مراجعه‌کنندگان به بیمارستان صنعت نفت انتخاب شدند و به‌صورت تصادفی در دو گروه مداخله و کنترل قرار گرفتند. گروه مداخله علاوه‌بر درمان پزشکی روتین خود، درمان ACTرا هم در 8 جلسه درمانی 12۰ دقیقه‌ای به‌صورت هفته‌ای یک جلسه دریافت کردند. در حالی‌که گروه کنترل فقط درمان پزشکی روتین خود را ادامه دادند. زمان اجرای پرسشنامه‌ی خودکارآمدی و انجام آزمایش خون در هر دو گروه، قبل و بعد از اجرای پژوهش بود. نتایج: جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها، از آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد در گروه مداخله نسبت به گروه کنترل سطح خودکارآمدی به‌طور معناداری بالاتر (0/718±44/66، 0/001خودکارآمدی و کاهش HbA1Cدر مبتلایان به دیابت نوع دو و درنهایت کاهش عوارض و مرگ‌ومیر ناشی از این بیماری، مؤثر است.
