In modern marketing science, especially digital marketing, the opinions and feelings of others are very important when deciding on a particular topic. These opinions are widely shared in all areas in order to satisfy or dissatisfy customers about a particular product / goods or a particular company. This flow of information in Internet services can be used as databases to evaluate and improve performance for vendors. These opinions are at different levels of linguistic structure, positive and negative tendencies, immediate or deep feelings of customers about different aspects of goods that can be categorized and examined. Exploring these ideas and analyzing ideas and feelings can be used to improve, orient and evaluate the supply of different goods. This feature can be used to increase sales of goods. Opinion research is one of the new fields of study in digital marketing and online store, which is responsible for extracting hidden knowledge in the opinions and views of consumers for various goods. Advantages of using this information extraction technique in identifying product defects, magnifying capabilities in business, determining the level of interest and acceptance of customers from the product and improvements applied to new samples, improvement, product quality, classification of customer satisfaction on a specific type Goods, comparative evaluation of companies' goods and products, can be used without public mediation of opinions, identifying customers' desires and determining customers' buying habits.
