Bioinformatics Prediction of miRNAs Targeting E6 and E7 Oncogenes in Human Papillomavirus in Cervical Cancer

Cervical cancer (CC) is the third most common malignancy in the women, the main cause which is human papillomavirus (HPV) [1].Both E6and E7 oncogenes of the virus play important role in its tumorigenesis [2,3]. Today, methods available for screening CC are not capable of detecting the disease at an early stage. So, it is important to identify novel biomarkers for early detection of this cancer. For this purpose, purpose, in the present study, ,miRNAs targeting the two oncogenes E6and E7of human papillomavirus were studied CC by bioinformatics tools.
