Post-translational modification such as lysin acetylation play a key role in conformational properties and aggregation of peptides and proteins. Structural changes and aggregation of insulin under various chemical and physical stresses is still an important challenge for both pharmaceutical production and clinical formulation; thus the study of insulin as the best model is necessary to find the cure[1,2]
