چکیده مقاله:

Introduction: Severe trauma patients are a challenge for health care systems because globally, injury is the leading cause of death and disability. The impact of registry trauma on improving patient outcomes to nurses' performance depends on the data's quality. The trauma registration system is a dedicated database for evaluating the injured patient's care with specific inclusion criteria. Methods: This research is an applied study that was conducted in a systematic review method in 1399. Using the keywords Trauma Registry, Data quality, Accuracy, Completeness, Nursing, Timeliness, consistency in MEDLINE, CINAHL, Web of Science, EMBASE, and Cochrane databases, various articles were found, including articles published in prestigious journals between 2005 and 2009. Were used. Results: In this study, out of 100 Latin articles found after further investigation, according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, which was the evaluation of the quality of trauma registration data, on some data quality characteristics including accuracy (Accuracy) and completeness (Completeness) Timeliness, consistency, etc. were evaluated and finally 20 practical articles were selected.Seventy-two of these articles evaluated the completeness of data from the data quality set to evaluate the registry trauma system. Moreover, 63% of the reviewed articles evaluated the data accuracy feature. Among the various methods used to check the data quality features in trauma registers, 90% of the capture method. Recapture and comparison with the original files of trauma cases have been used. (Conclusion: Timely evaluation of trauma registration systems increases the quality of data recorded in these systems, and when the quality of data is optimal, they can be an excellent source for increasing the quality of nurses' work in the field of treatment of trauma patients because Using the data of these systems, nurses will participate in the treatment process of patients with more complete and accurate information. The ability to connect the trauma registry system to the hospital's HIS system makes it easy for nurses to use the trauma registry data. This information can be useful to increase the quality of nurses' work
