چکیده مقاله:

Background and Objective: Gestational hypertension is one of the most common medical problems that occur during pregnancy. Pre-eclampsia and eclampsia mortality is prevented by timely and effective care of women, according to evidence-based criteria.Search Method: This search was conducted in SID, PubMed, ScienceDirect, Scopus, Google scholar with the keywords of Preeclampsia, Nurse, Care and Treatment in the period 2000 to 2019.Findings: Preeclampsia and eclampsia are very important in very young women who have poor prenatal care. It is also common in first pregnancy and in women over 30 years of age. The results of the studies can generally be summarized in two categories, including counseling and screening strategies and self-care strategies to prevent preeclampsia and eclampsia in high-risk women. High-risk women are advised to avoid pregnancy under the age of 20 and over the age of 35 and follow the recommended birth interval. Pre-pregnancy weight loss in obese and overweight women at reproductive age is recommended as an easy and low-cost health intervention and most of these recommendations are made by nurses. Conclusion: Nurses play an important and effective role in preventing complications of pregnancy hypertension, assisting in early diagnosis and proper management of these disorders by reducing prenatal and maternal side effects by referring to the prenatal clinic
