چکیده

In the recent years, given to increasing importance of efficiency in the information and data transformation systems and networks especially time and energy efficiency using the routers given to the possibility of creating multipurpose optimization has been discussed centrally. In this condition, updating power is conducting only by using local information. Objectives of this study are set in such a way that preserve transferring power at minimal range but in one way keep users’ security at acceptable level and in another way decrease the fluctuations in the speed of data transfer as far as possible. Systems should be implemented in the routers that can provide the best path for data transfer. We will discuss efficiently about computer networks and routing in the network and we will investigate the quality, efficiency and implementation of the shuffled frog leaping algorithm.
