چکیده مقاله:

Background: An M-learning program enables thedevelopment and effective use of digital technologies tosupport learning and teaching in universities and colleges, sothat staff benefit from e-learning.Summary of work: All new faculty members participate inthis program. The main program that was sent to students of accountingwas a lesson plan that was taught in two days, includes 10text messages designed to transform basic information aboutthis content. Data gathering was by questionnaire. Pre test –post test faculty knowledge was assessed by a valid andreliable questionnaire concluding with 8 multiple choicequestions. A study of the effectiveness of this program wasconducted by questionnaire about the advantage anddisadvantage of this method and was assessed by 10questions on a 4 point Likert scale.Summary of results: Results showed that m-learning waseffective in promoting faculty knowledge ( p= 0.03). Otherresults showed that the greatest advantages were availability(2/2 ± 0/83 ), comprehensiveness (2/35± 0/71) and ease ofuse (2/30 ± 0/73) and satisfaction was also high (2/90± 0/71).Conclusions: Mobile learning was effective in promotingknowledge and faculty satisfaction was high. We recommendusing this method in service training.
