چکیده

Execution of policies is the stage of crystallization of words and slogans into action. Many Challenges, Obstacles, and Limitations May Implement the Implementation of Policies Today, people expect governments to do much for them. In fact, it is rare to find a social or individual problem for which a group does not seek a government solution. Over the years, as more citizens turn to the government to solve social problems, the size of the government has grown, and public policy has permeated all walks of life.A model is a picture that is taken from existing facts and relationships and shows the existing variables, how they relate and the results of their actions and reactions. A model is in fact a reconstruction and integration of reality that facilitates the knowledge of the desired reality by understanding its main features. The model can be an effective and useful tool in the handwriting of the learner to identify the problems and their components and also to predict the results of the solutions. With the help of the model, the existing variables and the relationship between them can be well known.
