Executive function is a general term that encompasses a wide range of cognitive processes and behavioral abilities, and weakness in this structure can impair a person's social abilities and educational abilities; Therefore, the aim of the present study was to investigate the effectiveness of neuropsychological skills training on the executive function of adults. This study was performed by pretest- post-test semi-experimental method with control group. In order to conduct the research, 30 adults aged 30 to 60 in Isfahan in the first half of 2019, who received scores less than 90 in the questionnaire of rescue performance functions (2013), were selected as available and randomly assigned to Two experimental and control groups. were included. The pre-test was performed through a rescue performance questionnaire (2013). Learning Psychological Neurological Skills Using Captain 2014 Software Captain Lag's software was performed on the experimental group for 15 60-minute sessions, and the control group remained on the waiting list. The post-test was then performed for both groups. The results of covariance analysis showed that training neuropsychological skills affects executive functions and its dimensions (memory, controlling control and selective attention, decision making, planning, sustainable attention, social cognition and cognitive flexibility) (p<0.05). Therefore, Captain Log software can be used to improve the performance of adults.
