چکیده

Today, the world and the issues of the world around us have the complexity of uncertainty and disorder. Complex and seemingly chaotic systems help. Management and the field of management can also benefit from this theory because many human behaviors of the organizational performance process in the organization are characterized by complexity and unpredictability and can be achieved with the help of chaos theory. Purpose of the article: The purpose of writing this article is to acquaint the readers of this article with chaos theory and management strategies of this theory in different organizations, which has been analyzed from various perspectives. Research Method: The method of writing this article is a review and it uses the scientific achievements of other researchers. Findings: In this article, we have tried to fully acquaint readers with the theory of chaos and its management applications in organizations.
