Karaj Health Care Center and Abolish Drug Abuse Clinic Dr. Jahedan were introduced. The tool of this study is a standardized morphine test and glass test that is used in addiction abatement centers to measure the relapse or reversibility of commonly-treated people. Therefore, after the test and the results, the subjects were divided into two groups of experimental and control groups. Using Educational intervention in life skills, the rate of return after delivering training in the experimental group, decreased compared with the non-trained control group. This result was confirmed by comparing the rate of relapse of the experimental group before and after the life skills training. All participants in the study were evaluated for morphine and urine test at the beginning and end of the study and two months after the end of training. Also, all participants before and after training were evaluated using life skills questionnaire. For data analysis, descriptive statistics and chi-square tests were used. Chi-square test showed a significant difference between the two groups in terms of the rate of relapse in the post-test and follow-up stage (Chi 2: 10.552 and degree of freedom: 2). The findings of the study showed that life skills training is effective in preventing the recurrence of addiction treatment in male patients with addiction. In addition, the results of the study show that by using the TOPSIS method to rank the life skills in proportion to the effectiveness of each skill in preventing recurrence of addiction patients in terms of weights are introduced.
