More than 400000 plant species so far have been found and named in the world. It is not too easy to find out which of these plant species could cover different requirements of human been in the futuer. The main reasons of plant germplasm collection of particular species have been mentioned in litretures.As the most plant species which are growing in range and forest areas, could be categorized in range, forest and medicinal plat species, therefore, in present report, it is tried to explain , in summary, some of different Natural Resources Gene Bank(NRGB) activities.With using different research reports and books,the list of plants in which are in prourity of use and collection, was prepaired. At the end of the fase one, more than 14000 seed accessions were collected and kept in base and active freeze stors.The two list of prioritizsed ant collected plant species were comprised to find out the gaps for next activities.Results showed that deep gap prent ant has to be fill with hard work and activities. Out of 806 most important plant species,504 depend upon genus that have high potential of plant species variation.From this group of plants,176 plant species showed to have no seed accessions in NRGB ant it has be in first steps for next collection activities.Information in which are produced by studing plant and seed accessions, would be maintained usind particular software. Although similarities could be seen in different activities of seed technology labs, but much deviations in acticities also recogniseble. Measuring 1000 seed wight in mentioned laboratories, is one of the most parameter in which fase with some chaleges.From number of seed accessions' stand point, prest study showed that Yazd, Markasi, Lorestan, Kordestan,Golestan, Gilan, Fars, and Ilam are in the list of sending more accession number. Least accession numbers have been sent by Sistan and blochestan, Hormosgan, Zangan, Booshehr and western Aserbijan. Identification of seed accessions from kordestan, Ilam and kermanshah have faced with more problem than other provinces. Sp. Accessions are in worse situation and Markasi,lorestan,kordestan and fars have shown to have 311, 224, 222 and 178 sp accessions respevtively. Out of 16300 seed accessions in ehich recorded in gen bank, 5830 seed accessions need to measure their germination percentage.It seems that their low seed quantity have caused the matter and 2900 seed accessions did not response to different treatments as well.
