بررسی ارزیابی مقاومت به خشکی در منابع ژنتیکی ارزن علوفه ای

In order to comparison of respons in forage Millet samples of gen bank to drought stress to completion of gen bank information and determination of the best indeces for drough tolerance of millet . This experiment was done in brigand station during 1382-1384 forage millet germplasms (12 sample ) were regenerate at first year and were evaluated in RCBD design with 3 replications at other years in normal and stress condition . Irrigation cycle was each 7 day at normal and cutling of irrigation in 10% -20% flowering stage was done . Each of treatment was planted in 4 rows wich 5m lenght and rows distance was 50 cm . Studied Traits were included " leaf number , plant hight , stem diameter , biological yield , grain yield , 1000 kernel weight ,harvest index , and phonological traits such as flowering date , seed filling date , phisiological maturity date then , drought tolerance index , drought susceptible index , geometrical mean , mathematical mean were measured for different varieties in normal and stress condition. Finally data analysis and mean comparision was done by using Mstat and Spss soft were . Simple analysis in each year and combined analysis also were done.
