Elimination sulfur from oil by use bacteria

Sulfur is the third element in oil composition .A mount of sulfur in the oil is varied about 0.25-5 percent .Generally , Sulfur is found in mixtures including hydrogen (mercaptant) in oil composition. These days crude oil consumption is increased and therefore sources of light oils and oils including low amount of sulfur is going to end .Hence, we have to use heavy oil such as wax. So eliminating sulfur will be important .Current methods , specially HDS method is not cost effective .In this paper, we try to use of bio technological and microorganisms to eliminate sulfur and then elimination of sulfur by use of bacteria was compared with the other available methods. By reproduction of bacteria in suitable laboratory conditions and adjusting this conditions to reservoir conditions, sulfur elimination process is. A ccomplished optimally.
