In This Study, 32 planting Colons of Populus SPP. (from kraj research station) plus one local colon (from Kermanshah station) were selected and planted during three years the objectives of this research were conducted to select of best colon related to wood production as well as evaluation of important planting characteristics including height growth diameter development, survival ratio of annual plants and catting effects. the periodic growths (1/1,1/2 and 1/3years)of plantings were measured and compared with each others.in addition, resistance of colons to pest and disease was also analyzed after cutting and periodic growth including 1/1 year(root and stem annual ), 1/2 year (biennale root and annual stem) and 2/3 year(perennial root and biennale stem).finally,22 colons as the relatively good colon were selected and induced for next step of experiments.
