چکیده

The main purpose of this study is to improve the of entrepreneurship and management skills by identifying the identities of both factors and their application in the steps of modeling management training for entrepreneurship students of Tehran University of Applied Science and Technology. The research was descriptive-survey, mixed and applied. The statistical population included 207 teachers of entrepreneurship and 9040 students of entrepreneurship in associate degree in the educational centers of Tehran University of Applied Science and Technology. The statistical sample in the qualitative section includes 7 experts and instructors of the Entrepreneurship course and in the quantitative section 107 people are the instructors of the Entrepreneurship course and 125 students who were selected by simple random sampling to answer the questionnaire. Data collection tools include interviews in the qualitative section and smart management questionnaires, education management model and entrepreneurship motivation in the quantitative section, which were used after reviewing and confirming their validity and reliability. In addition to the usual statistical tests, there are two independent samples from inferential statistical statistics appropriate to the level of data measurement and from One Sample Student -T-test, variance analysis test, Paired Student-T -test and WO Independent Sample Student-T-test were used, as well as R software to analyze the data. There was a positive and significant relationship between the use of these identities in the steps of entrepreneurship education management model with increasing managerial wisdom and motivation of students entrepreneurship.
