خلاصه مقاله:
The aim of the current study is modeling the impact of the dimensions of quantum skills on organizational excellence of Mega Motor Corporation with mediating role of knowledge management and quantum leadership. Current study is descriptive and due to the fact that the data collection instruments are distributed and collected in the statistical population and among the subjects, the method of this study is survey research. It’s an applied research with the statistical population consisting of the 3569 employees of the Mega Motor Corporation. The sample for this study included 347 individuals who were chosen by simple random sampling. 14 hypotheses were used in this study and the method of our research was structural equation modeling (SEM). The findings indicate that the dimensions of quantum skills have significant impact on organizational excellence of Mega Motor Corporation with mediating role of knowledge management and quantum leadership.
