خلاصه مقاله:
The present investigation was undertaken to characterize the probable effect of allicin, active constituent of fresh garlic, on the liver enzymes Alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and Aspartate aminotransferase (AST). The binding characteristics of allicin –ALT and allicin –AST interaction were studied using Auto Dock 4.0 molecular docking technique. The results of this in silico docking study showed the effective interaction of allicin with AST; however, had less significant effect on ALT
