Introduction: Family is the most important element in the society and it is a one group that can remove all the physical, spiritual and evolation need .The importance of family is so high that if the families in society are safe and health the society is health the and safe. All of the social damage is under the families influence.(sarukhani, 1270 .)Most of the families that one of the single-parent families are supervison of the family and they try to control or guide the family, after the little time, most of them have feeling of weariness and desperation .In the theory of family, vital connection, is the connection in the family that they are: active and supporter. And this thins give us the confidence to the psychic balance of that family .In such a this family when they have problem or conflict, all of the member in the family try to send the psychic balance to the family. And when the family have this form, surely the society have psychic balance .The goal: In this research, we want to study the connection of the spiritual intelligence with spiritual puberty and social compatibility. In the families that they have single supervisor (the woman is superrisor of the family)and they are under the protection of Hamedan’s social organization .Method: Statistic society of this research include all of the families that they have one supervisor, and they are under the protection of hamedan’s social welfare organization, in the year of 1391, they are 100 person. With the method of sample gercy and morgan table, choose 80 persons. From the samples of the search 72 questionnaire send back and collected with the spiritual intelligence of Abdollahzadeh and Shahidi and Arabameri-and questionnaire of spiritual puberty of Yashiring and Mahish behargava (EMS). Questionnaire of social compatibility(from Picel and Visman) collected. The method of descriptive research is from the form of solidarity .The founds: research shows that the balance of spiritual intelligence and social compatibility of the womans that they are under the protection of Hamedan’s social welfare organization is high than the average .Between the spiritual intelligence and disorder of social incompatibility in work area, the conection in parent motifs. But between the spiritual intelligence and freetimes in family’s motifs there was’nt any meaningful conection .Spiritual intelligence can forecast social incompatibility .the balance of spiritual intelligence between the house work woman and employ woman was equal. But social incompatibility in house work woman is so high from employ woman. self There isn’t any meaningful difference between the spiritual intelligence and social incompatibility in the caces .In balance of social incompatibility there wasn’t any meaningful in balance of education between the cuses. And the balance of social incompatibility of the woman that they have primery education is so high from the womans that they have high education .Results: the people who have high. spiritual intelligence are flexible and also they have self-consciousness. They are searching to find the answer of question about life and dirorce and the goal of life .They can control them selves very good. And having these elements is very good for those mothers that they are supervisor of family and finaly we can say high spiritual intelligence lead to social compatibility
