خلاصه مقاله:
In this article, having below conditions form inhomogeneous multi-layer environment in nanostructure ( ) 3 5 1 5 A B A C B x x− in mind, and using oscillator representation method, spin Hamiltonian coefficient of diexciton system with effective confinement potential, Coulomb effect between particles, and spin effect, will be discussed. Relation between distances properties of diexciton system and distance between two electrons in quantum dots and dependency relation will be determined in conclusion.
