چکیده مقاله:
Innovation and its acceptance in an organization are competitive advantages. Therefore, deploying innovation system in organizations can greatly help in adapting innovation and progress of organizations. Using software systems increases speed and accuracy of organization s activities, such a system is expected to be introduced into a software platform, so project will include two parts: system design and software platform development. Due to novelty of this project there is no information about such a project so in this article first work breakdown structure is extracted then by applying triangular and trapezoidal fuzzy functions on activity durations and considering -cuts, critical paths and completion time of this project will be extracted. It is calculated to reduce the risk of implementing such a project. Finally, proposed model is implemented in Marun petrochemical unit, and results is presented. This research is also applicable to other industrial units.
