the paper shows implementation procedures for HRM reference models such as philips model in a company. Results are implemented in national iranian drilling company N.I.D.C and maturity profile of the company is derived . Finally 8 projects are developed to improve companys processes to strategy acceptance level .the study aims to expand the domain of corporate process maturity by introducing two major reference models in HRM and chooding appropriate one for implementation in a drilling company. design/methodology / approach - the paper includes 20 depth interviews , three expert group brainstorming and two workshop with employees representing senior human resource management having mainly a HRM background. the data are complemented by documentary analysis, including maturity model documents and benchmarking of leading companies.
