چکیده

Nowadays, the main source of wealth, power production and the infrastructure of international relations between countries is the economy. Generally, in order to achieve adequate economic situation, all countries endeavor through appropriate international relations. However, the international relations have fundamental role in the economic growth and development of the Islamic Republic of Iran, but the economic sanctions have continuously the barrier to fulfilling this goal. The sage and intelligent strategy of the resistance economy approved by Iran s Supreme Leader, not only did not decline the economic growth and development, but also led to enhancement and development of country s economy and promote affirmative relations in the political international field. In this paper, the strategic utilization management of research and technological development in Khorasan Regional Electrical Company (KREC) is proposed and investigated. For this purpose, at first, a brief overview of definitions, history and the related policies of resistance economy are presented. Next, the impact of the resistance economy on policies of Iran Power Transmission, Generation and Distribution Company (TAVANIR) will be studied. Eventually, challenges in pursuing the resistance economy from the aspect of strategic management of research and development, its utilization key priorities and research items in KREC will be proposed and introduced.
