چکیده

among the modem methods of enhnced oil recovery EOR is water alternating gas injection WAG. In this method water and gas are alternatively injected into reservoirs. The advantages of WAG injection are; reduction and control of the mobility ratio, creating stble front preventing from early fingering of gas and expansion of contact surface of the injection fluid and reservoir due to movement of water and gas upward and downward. these advantages have promoted externsive application of this method throught the world. WAG injection in four methods immiscible , miscible , hybrid and simultaneous. in this article by designing various scenarios of immiscible WAG(IWAG) injection , the efficiency , residual oil saturation in effective factors of injection such as WAG ratio , injection cycle and injection method are studied and compared . then scenarios of water and gas injection and WAG injection , are studied and compared to choose the appropriate method of injection in the interested field.
