چکیده مقاله:

Psoriasis is a systemic inflammatory disease that affects approximately 2% of the community members. The symptoms of the disease are in the form of small red scaly plaques in different parts of the body. There is no accurate information on the prevalence of psoriasis in the community. It is often not fatal, but it can lead to physical discomfort and severe psychological stress, which can affect their professional and social lives. About 15 to 40 percent of people with arthritis have psoriasis. It has been studied as a skin disease in the early twentieth century, but the exact mechanism of onset is well defined. HLA-CW6 Allele is considered to be the main risk factor for the patient. This type of study is done to find a link between HLA-CW6 Allele and psoriasis. In this study, the samples were selected based on the disease status. Case studies were selected from people with the disease and the control group from selected non-infected individuals. After that, the cases and control samples are compared depending on the desired characteristics. In this study, the main goal is to investigate the relationship between HLA-CW6 Allele and psoriasis. The results of this study showed that due to the high prevalence of Allergy in relation to psoriasis in different parts of the world, it seems that other genetic factors of epigenetics are also involved in the disease. Also, the SSP test can be introduced as a suitable screening test for CW6 allele detection in genetic testing.
