چکیده مقاله:

One of the pathways for the entry of pathogenic bacteria into the sturgeon larvae andtheir heavy mortalities in hatcheries is via live prey, Artemia nauplii and Daphnia sp.In these experiments, we studied the role of probiotic bacteria on controlling of livefood microflora and it s changes using bioencapsulation of Daphnia magna andArtemia urmiana with profitable microorganism in start feeding of Persian sturgeon(Acipenser persicus), Beluga (Huso huso), Acipenser nudiventris and Russiansturgeon (A. guldenstaedtii) larvae. Live preys as important vectors were carried theprobiotic bacteria to the digestive tract of sturgeon larvae. The probiotic bacillus, lactobacillus and yeast were replaced in the digestive tract of fish larvae throughimproving the intestinal microbial balance which had beneficial effects on elevationof survival rate, resistance in return for pathogens, growth and productionperformance, tolerance of fish larvae against environmental conditions and lowestinfectivity in sturgeon larvae in comparison with control treatment. The present studyhighlighted that the results of these investigations can be helpful for health rate ofsturgeon fish in hatcheries and rearing pond.
