چکیده مقاله:

Today’s life is full of stress and challenges that people have to use skills to cope with these stressors. Resilience, humor, and self-talk have an outstanding role in this field. The aim of this research was Investigating the Relationship between Resilience, Humor, and Self-Talk among 18 to 28 Years old individuals which was conducted by correlation. Statistical society of this research is all of the youths between 18 to 28 in Iran in 1398. Sampling was convenient method and was done online and paper-based of both genders. Tools used in this research were the Connor- Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RIS) (2003), Sense of Humor Questionnaire (SHQ) and Self Talk Inventory (ST). Results show that there is a positive correlation between resilience, humor and its subscales but there was not a meaningful relation between resilience and self-talk but laugh subscales of SHQ. It can be concluded that resilience will improve in society through increasing humor and laugh rate.
