چکیده مقاله:

این مقاله می کوشد بر مبنای روش توصیفی-تحلیلی، مفهوم تربیت شهروندی جهانی را بررسی کند. بنابراین در ابتدا به تشریح این مفهوم و تعاریف ارائه شده از آن پرداخته شد؛ سپس مبانی و چارچوب نظری مورد نقد و بررسی قرار گرفت و در ادامه به انتقاداتی که مخالفان با این مفهوم ارائه کرده اند، اشاره شد و همچنین پاسخ های موافقان به انتقادهای وارد شده با این مفهوم نیز مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نهایتا در بخش نتیجه گیری، به اهمیت، ضرورت و الزامات این مفهوم با توجه به نگاه ویژه برخی اسناد بالادستی پرداخته شده است.
