چکیده

In this paper we are looking for a way to operate the economic green buildings the importance of this topic is that when its spoke about development, after knowing the main ideology of society and setting true goal, first of all we should think about sources providing to reach the goals. One of the vital sources for development is energy. As regards of universal crisis of energy and environmental destroying and attending to this topic that it can’t be optimistic about future Of energy just by spending it in correct way it should be tried to present some ways to spend sources in optimum ways in short lived and long lived situations by knowing the predicament spending energy and the causes of environmental destroying. However, this is just progress our economy and development by using it. One of these solutions is to enter the concept of economic green building in dwelling discussions that its surveyed in this paper.so the material of a green building should be from recyclable and reproducible sources as most as possible and it should reduce the rate of spending source and has saving energy ability and disadvantages of a green building and by using it we emphasize to spread the builds of such buildings all over The country in attending to variety of climate around Iran. Then it’s tried to present the points in valuation of a green building and finally it’s evaluated some applicable samples in builds of such buildings.
