چکیده مقاله:
These pesticides can cause harmful effects on aquatic species, terrestrial species, and humans who live in the vicinity and can be absorbed by all routes, including inhalation, ingestion, and dermal absorption [1]. As a result of the large quantities and inappropriate use of the pesticides, they are present in all areas of the natural environment. Over the past decade, metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) have been developed as a new class of solid adsorbents of eco-friendly [2]. In contrast to classical solid adsorbents such as zeolites, activated carbon and silica Materials, MOFs by versatile framework compositions, tunable pore sizes, exposed active sites, thermal and chemical stability [3-4] as an appropriate candidate is for removal of toxic hazardous substances such as organophosphorous pesticides. Adsorption of phosalone as one common pesticide on Zr-Based MOF was investigated. Characterizeds new Zr-Based MOF were obtained by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, thermal analysis, Phosphor nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy, Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET) analysis, X-ray powder diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. The molecular structure of pesticide is shown in Figure. All adsorption studies were carried out in a 50 mL beaker at room temperature. These results indicate that Zr-Based MOF of activation and extrude are effective adsorbents for use in absorption and removal of organophosphorus pesticides. In addition, it can be referred to as a green chemistry process to be used in the pesticide removal industry with added value related to environmental issues.
