چکیده مقاله:

Transition metal catalyzed cross-couplings are the basic transformations in modern organic synthesis [۱]. Palladium-catalyzed cross-coupling reactions are useful and efficient methods for carbon-carbon bond formations [۲]. The Suzuki-Miyaura reaction has become a main basis ofmodern synthetic organic chemistry for the manufacturing of diverse biaryls, which are recurring functional groups in many natural productions and biologically active compounds as well as beneficial blocks in organic synthesis [۳]. On the other hand, heterogeneous catalysts play animportant role in the field of organic transformations [۴]. Also, considering that catalysts are a majorcomponent of green chemistry , the design and use of benign environmental catalysts is an immediate challenge for chemists [۵]. In this work we synthesized a new Fe۳O۴-CSDTC composite forstabilizing of Pd nanoparticles as a green and stable catalyst for Suzuki–Miyaura cross-coupling (Scheme ۱). The catalytic system was investigated for a wide range of aryl iodines and bromides. PdNPs/HSN demonstrated excellent performance with high yields (Up to ۹۵%) for various aryl iodines and bromides in the presence of ۵ mol% of catalyst at ۸۰o C for ۱۰ h. This catalyst can be easily separated and reused for eight runs without a significant loss of activity under reaction conditions.
