Nuclear security in particular has long been a key element of nuclear safety, but now includes elements such as nuclear disarmament, nuclear weapons control, comprehensive non-proliferation, nuclear deterrence, and nuclear terrorism. It has a distinct historical background. Existing jurisprudence in this field is also extensively influenced and therefore each of these elements is highly enriched in international law sources. Examination of each of these domains brings to mind, in a convergent, convergent, or contradictory way, in such a way that it cannot be interpreted in a holistic and concise way, or in the proper logical way.
