Teleworking is an information and communication technology aided work arrangement concerned with the use of personal computers, dedicated word processors or terminals, telephone, fax, e-mail, modem, etc. for work-related purposes from the employee’s home, a satellite or neighborhood work centre, or any flexible work location outside the traditional work place. Teleworking combines the use of computers and telecommunication technologies with flexible work location so as to remove geographical and organizational boundaries of the traditional, centralized workplace. Human resources are considered the most important asset of an organization, and it is a critical factor in implementing technique. This papare,will talk about the impact of telework on Human resource management. At the first it pays attention to managing telework and then its impacts on HR practices.
