چکیده
Risk management has always been one of the major concerns of corporate executives, and activities inconnection with the issue of risk management is growing and evolving. However, little and a fewempirical research and articles associated with factors related to this issue have been conducted. Thisstudy examines the relationship between the characteristics of Board, independent audit fees andownership concentration on business risk management. For this purpose, a sample of 105 companieslisted in Tehran Stock Exchange for the 5-year period 2008 to 2012 is studied. To verify the hypothesis,regression test is used. The results of testing hypotheses suggest that there is no significant associationbetween the characteristics of the Board and risk management business. There is a significantrelationship between independent audit fees and business risk management. There is no significantrelationship between ownership concentration and business risk management.کلیدواژه ها

COI مخفف عبارت CIVILICA Object Identifier به معنی شناسه سیویلیکا برای اسناد است. COI کدی است که مطابق محل انتشار، به مقالات کنفرانسها و ژورنالهای داخل کشور به هنگام نمایه سازی بر روی پایگاه استنادی سیویلیکا اختصاص می یابد.
کد COI به مفهوم کد ملی اسناد نمایه شده در سیویلیکا است و کدی یکتا و ثابت است و به همین دلیل همواره قابلیت استناد و پیگیری دارد.
