چکیده
Background and Aim : .Most of the burn injuries suffer from psychiatric disorders such as depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder. performing heavy and painful care actions such as debridement and dressing of wound burns, smelling the burned organs, observation of deformities and deep injuries that have progressed to the bone consciously and unconsciously affect the perceptions and expectations of the patients .To improve and establish effective care relationship, the concept and approach of collaboration can be used in the care process. It requires active involvement of the patient in decision making and planning.aim of this study is evaluate the effect of collaborative care model implementation on anxiety and pain in hospitalized patients with burn. Methods : The research population included the burn patients referred to the burn center of Imam Khomeini Hospital in Kermanshah who met the inclusion criteria. The sample size was assessed to be 30 people in each group. A demographic questionnaire,the second part of the state-trait anxiety scale is the Spielberger Anxiety Inventory, a ruler to measure the pain was used for collection of data. Chi-square and covariance analysis were used to analyze the data using SPSS-20 soft. Results : Mean score of pain severity is less in intervention group compared to that in the control group after the intervention (p-value < 0.05).but the difference between the mean scores of anxiety in the control and intervention groups after the intervention were not statistically significant (P-value> 0.05). It means that the intervention did not affect the reduction or increase in the anxiety score Conclusion : The severity of pain decreased in the patients. This model can be implemented as an effective, efficient, and low-cost intervention with the collaboration of patients, families, nurses and physicians in nursing care in the wards and clinics. The important point that should be considered here is the lack of significant effect of this care method in reducing the anxiety of the patient ;that can be result of short term of evaluation of effect this method therefore, it is necessary to use other care methods along with this collaborative care method need in this regard.کلیدواژه ها
